We reserve the right to cancel any training classes, sessions or workshops for any reason where we feel it unsafe or unpleasant for the dogs (this includes bad weather) If we make the decision to cancel we will rearrange the date and re- book you on to a suitable alternative session. No refunds will be given.

From the time of booking for a workshop, block of classes or 1-2-1 session you have 24 hours in which to cancel, after this time we will be unable to offer a refund:

- for 1-2-1 sessions we will aim to re- arrange the date if 24 hours notice is given of the cancellation

- for classes no refund or discount will be given but you are welcome to join the following week and continue on the course. We may have time to have a quick chat about what you missed but this is not guaranteed. Any homework will be forwarded to you via email.

- for workshops we will aim to book you on an alternative date provided enough notice is given for us to fill your space. We will need as much notice as possible for this and it may not always be possible.

We aim to offer small class sizes and a personal service but to allow us to this we have to be strict about the cancellation policy.

If you wish to cancel a booking you have made in the last 24hours please call 07453307848, leave a message or send us an email thecanineplace@gmail.com and we will get in touch asap.
